#NotoriousCinemasMerlata Within the new lifestyle center Merlata Bloom Milan, Rethink Energy Srl managed the design and construction supervision of the mechanical and electrical systems for the Notorious Cinemas multiplex, inaugurated in November 2023. The cinema complex, comprising 10 theaters with over 1,000 seats, exemplifies the integration of advanced technology and environmental sustainability. The MEP project included the implementation of high-efficiency energy solutions, such as low-consumption HVAC systems, LED lighting, and mechanical ventilation systems with heat recovery. Special attention was given to the use of electricity from renewable sources and the incorporation of recycled and recyclable materials in finishes and furnishings. This intervention contributed to creating a comfortable and technologically advanced environment, aligning with Notorious Cinemas’ “The Experience” philosophy, offering audiences an immersive and sustainable cinematic experience. #NotoriousCinemasMerlata All’interno del nuovo lifestyle center Merlata Bloom Milano, Rethink Energy Srl ha curato la progettazione e la direzione lavori degli impianti meccanici ed elettrici per il multisala Notorious Cinemas, inaugurato nel novembre 2023. Il complesso cinematografico, composto da 10 sale con oltre 1.000 posti a sedere, rappresenta un esempio di integrazione tra tecnologia avanzata e sostenibilità ambientale. Il progetto impiantistico ha previsto l’adozione di soluzioni ad alta efficienza energetica, tra cui sistemi di climatizzazione a basso consumo, illuminazione LED e impianti di ventilazione meccanica controllata con recupero di calore. Particolare attenzione è stata dedicata all’utilizzo di energia elettrica proveniente da fonti rinnovabili e all’impiego di materiali riciclati e riciclabili nelle finiture e negli arredi. L’intervento ha contribuito a creare un ambiente confortevole e tecnologicamente avanzato, in linea con la filosofia “The Experience” di Notorious Cinemas, offrendo agli spettatori un’esperienza cinematografica immersiva e sostenibile. #SostenibilitàUrbana Rethink Energy Srl managed the design and construction supervision of the mechanical and electrical systems for the redevelopment of Palazzo Conti, a historic building designed in the 1950s by renowned Milanese architect Piero Portaluppi. Located at Via Varese 18, in the heart of Milan’s Brera district, the building underwent an intervention aimed at preserving the integrity and original spirit of Portaluppi’s stylistic expression, while integrating cutting-edge MEP solutions. The project included the implementation of high-efficiency energy systems, such as heat pumps for heating and cooling and home automation systems for intelligent environment management. These solutions achieved an Energy Class A rating, ensuring high living comfort and significant energy consumption reduction. The intervention also encompassed the creation of high-level common areas, including a wellness area with pool, sauna, and Turkish bath, a fully equipped gym, a lounge, and an exclusive green space, contributing to a prestigious residential environment that combines elegance, functionality, and sustainability. Situato in Via Varese 18, nel cuore del quartiere Brera a Milano, l’edificio è stato oggetto di un intervento che ha mirato a preservare l’integrità e lo spirito originario dell’espressione stilistica del maestro Portaluppi, integrando al contempo soluzioni impiantistiche all’avanguardia. Il progetto ha previsto l’implementazione di sistemi ad alta efficienza energetica, tra cui pompe di calore per il riscaldamento e il raffrescamento e sistemi domotici per la gestione intelligente degli ambienti. Queste soluzioni hanno permesso di raggiungere la Classe Energetica A, garantendo un elevato comfort abitativo e una significativa riduzione dei consumi energetici. Rethink Energy Srl managed the design and construction supervision of the mechanical and electrical systems, implementing a geothermal heat pump system that utilizes groundwater to provide heating, cooling, and domestic hot water without direct CO₂ emissions. The building is also equipped with a state-of-the-art photovoltaic system and excellent thermal insulation, achieving Energy Class A. With over 2,600 m² of communal green space, Nizzoli 8 offers a living environment that combines comfort, aesthetics, and environmental respect, meeting the highest sustainability standards. Rethink Energy Srl ha curato la progettazione e la direzione lavori degli impianti meccanici ed elettrici, implementando un sistema basato su pompe di calore geotermiche che sfruttano l’acqua di falda per garantire riscaldamento, raffrescamento e produzione di acqua calda sanitaria, senza emissioni dirette di CO₂. L’edificio è inoltre dotato di un impianto fotovoltaico di ultima generazione e di un eccellente isolamento termico, raggiungendo la Classe Energetica A. #Hyperscale Rethink Energy ha curato lo studio preliminare impiantistico del complesso per il nuovo Data Center hyperscale di Genova, L’intervento ha previsto la definizione della strategia MEP per un’infrastruttura composta da quattro moduli indipendenti, per una potenza complessiva di circa 20 MW, concepiti secondo criteri di scalabilità, affidabilità e sostenibilità.Sono state analizzate soluzioni relative a raffreddamento, distribuzione elettrica, antincendio e gestione energetica, con configurazioni compatibili con gli standard Tier III e Tier IV.L’obiettivo dello studio è stato garantire modularità operativa, efficienza in esercizio e ridondanza, in un contesto progettuale perfettamente integrato nel tessuto urbano e ambientale della città di Genova. #exposition Allianz MiCo is one of the largest congress centers in Europe. The original comet-shaped roof is the distinctive feature of Allianz MiCo and a landmark for the city of Milan. The Congress Center also houses an exhibition space, where events preferring a city location take place. The congress center is complemented by an exhibition center consisting of 4 pavilions, for a total of 43,000 square meters. Rethink Energy has overseen the design of the new 14 MW refrigeration and 10 MW heating capacity and the reconfiguration and revamping of the pavilions to accommodate conference spaces.
