Nizzoli 8

#SostenibilitàUrbana

The Nizzoli 8 project is a virtuous example of sustainable urban redevelopment in Milan. Originally built in 1981 in a postmodern style, the building has been transformed from office space to residential use, preserving its distinctive architectural features and integrating cutting-edge MEP solutions.

Rethink Energy Srl managed the design and construction supervision of the mechanical and electrical systems, implementing a geothermal heat pump system that utilizes groundwater to provide heating, cooling, and domestic hot water without direct CO₂ emissions. The building is also equipped with a state-of-the-art photovoltaic system and excellent thermal insulation, achieving Energy Class A.

With over 2,600 m² of communal green space, Nizzoli 8 offers a living environment that combines comfort, aesthetics, and environmental respect, meeting the highest sustainability standards.
