Palazzo Conti

Rethink Energy Srl managed the design and construction supervision of the mechanical and electrical systems for the redevelopment of Palazzo Conti, a historic building designed in the 1950s by renowned Milanese architect Piero Portaluppi. Located at Via Varese 18, in the heart of Milan’s Brera district, the building underwent an intervention aimed at preserving the integrity and original spirit of Portaluppi’s stylistic expression, while integrating cutting-edge MEP solutions.

The project included the implementation of high-efficiency energy systems, such as heat pumps for heating and cooling and home automation systems for intelligent environment management. These solutions achieved an Energy Class A rating, ensuring high living comfort and significant energy consumption reduction.

The intervention also encompassed the creation of high-level common areas, including a wellness area with pool, sauna, and Turkish bath, a fully equipped gym, a lounge, and an exclusive green space, contributing to a prestigious residential environment that combines elegance, functionality, and sustainability.
