#valtorta32 VALTORTA32 is a project by Cino Zucchi, a prestigious name on the international contemporary architecture scene. The building stands on an approx. 4.500 sqm area at the corner of via Rovetta and via Valtorta. The complex is conceived as a traditional courtyard house and consists of two units, respectively of 10 and 4 floors, with an L-shaped layout along the Northeast side, embracing the internal landscaped garden. QUINTOSOLE
#quintosole Quintosole is a project of Daniele Fiori Partners. The building stands on a 14.000 sqm area. “A journey back in time… in a rural community typical of the 1960’s, located in the Quintosole neighbourhood, in the Southern part of Milan. Here the new residential project finds its inspiration in the rural dwellings of the Po valley, and in the ancient Roman land division which is still partly visibile in the countryside.
