In the Tremestieri district of Messina, the city’s largest shopping center is under development, featuring a gross commercial area of approximately 39,000 m² and over 2,500 parking spaces. The project includes a modern hypermarket, around 60 local shops, medium and large retail spaces dedicated to electronics, clothing, sports, services, and dining.
Rethink Energy Srl was responsible for the preliminary, detailed, and executive design of the mechanical, electrical, and special systems, focusing on advanced technological solutions such as the use of heat pumps to ensure energy efficiency and environmental sustainability.
The development also includes improvements to the road infrastructure, with connections between the A18 Messina-Palermo motorway and the SS 114, aiming to provide efficient access to the shopping center and enhance city traffic flow.
