Tonnara del Secco

In the heart of Sicily, in San Vito Lo Capo, the historic Tonnara del Secco is being transformed into an exclusive luxury resort, blending cultural heritage with sustainable innovation.

The project involves the redevelopment of a 6,000 m² site to include 36 suites, two restaurants, a museum area, and a meeting room, all within a context of architectural preservation and environmental responsibility.

Rethink Energy Srl has been entrusted with the design of mechanical, electrical, and special systems, aiming to integrate advanced technological solutions while preserving the site’s historic character.

The project includes high-efficiency HVAC systems, state-of-the-art electrical infrastructure, and smart special systems to ensure maximum comfort, safety, and energy performance.

Particular attention has been given to the seamless integration of building services with the hotel’s luxury spaces, ensuring optimal thermal and acoustic comfort, minimal environmental impact, and long-term operational efficiency.

Through this project, Rethink Energy Srl contributes to the rebirth of one of Sicily’s most prestigious historical sites, combining technical innovation with respect for architectural identity.
