Located in Borgo San Giovanni (LO), the new DHL logistics hub spans a surface of over 24,000 square meters, positioning itself as a strategic asset within the company’s national and international distribution network. The facility is designed to meet the most advanced standards of efficiency, sustainability, and operational flexibility required by modern logistics.

Rethink Energy Srl was responsible for the mechanical, electrical, and special systems design, ensuring a fully integrated and high-performance infrastructure. The mechanical systems include advanced HVAC solutions for both operational and administrative areas, as well as energy-efficient heating and ventilation for warehouse spaces.

The electrical systems are designed for scalability and safety, supporting high energy demands, integrated lighting management, and emergency power supply. Special systems such as fire detection and suppression, data and security networks, and access control systems were developed to meet the strict operational and safety requirements of logistics operations.

The design focused on energy efficiency, ease of maintenance, and full compliance with the client’s technical and operational standards, contributing to a facility that is future-ready and optimized for continuous activity.
