In the heart of the Milan Certosa District, the BARR6 Building is an ambitious urban regeneration project transforming the historic Henkel headquarters into a modern residential space dedicated to co-living. With a total area of approximately 17,000 m², the development includes 190 apartments designed to meet the needs of new generations of professionals. 

Rethink Energy Srl managed the design and construction supervision of the mechanical and electrical systems, implementing high-efficiency energy solutions. The MEP systems include heat pumps for heating and cooling, mechanical ventilation systems with heat recovery, and home automation systems for intelligent environment management. These solutions aim to ensure high living comfort and significant energy consumption reduction.

The project is part of a broader redevelopment of the area, which also includes the creation of the Via Barrella Park, a green oasis of over 6,000 m² featuring shared gardens and social inclusion spaces, contributing to the development of a dynamic and sustainable neighborhood.
