The Wilde Milano

Located in the heart of Milan, at Via dei Giardini 16, The Wilde is an exclusive international members’ club housed in the former Villa Versace — a modernist building designed in 1954 by architects Carlo De Carli and Antonio Carminati.Rethink Energy Srl was commissioned to design and implement the mechanical systems, with the goal of integrating advanced technological solutions while respecting the historical architecture of the building.

The project included the installation of a high-efficiency air conditioning system, ensuring thermal comfort across all club areas, including restaurants, lounges, cigar room, and cultural spaces. Special attention was given to acoustic insulation and indoor air quality through the implementation of mechanical ventilation systems with heat recovery.

The technical solutions provided by Rethink Energy Srl successfully combined functionality, energy efficiency, and respect for the building’s historical value, helping to create an exclusive and comfortable environment for The Wilde’s members
