Soho House Milano

In the heart of Milan, between Piazza San Babila and Corso Indipendenza, the former Cinema Arti, a 1930s building, is set to become the second Italian location of Soho House, the renowned private members’ club for creatives. The project involves transforming the building into an exclusive club-hotel, featuring over 50 rooms, member spaces, a gym, a swimming pool, a rooftop, and an internal courtyard. 

Rethink Energy Srl provided technical consultancy to the operator, focusing on the review of the MEP (Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing) design to ensure compliance with Soho House’s high-quality and functional standards. The scope included analyzing proposed MEP solutions to confirm they met the operational and comfort requirements of the club, as well as adhering to applicable regulations.
