The newly renovated kitchens are spacious, highly functional, and equipped with advanced technologies to serve multiple restaurants and banquet areas, including the acclaimed Acanto Restaurant, Il Salotto lounge bar, in-room dining, and event venues.
The systems design focused on energy efficiency, operator comfort, and full compliance with the highest health and safety standards.
