Corte Incanto

Located in the heart of the Risorgimento district, just steps from Milan’s historic center, “Corte Incanto” is a prestigious early 20th-century building undergoing meticulous redevelopment. Protected by the Superintendence for Fine Arts, the building has been restored to preserve its original charm, reviving 19 elegant residences, an inner courtyard adorned with floral and faunal sgraffito motifs, and a multi-level villa with a private garden and independent entrance from Via Bronzetti. 

Rethink Energy Srl was responsible for the design of the mechanical, electrical, and special systems, integrating advanced technological solutions to ensure comfort, energy efficiency, and sustainability, while respecting the building’s historical and architectural significance.

The project, designed by DFA Partners, is promoted by the Ca’ Granda Fund, managed by Investire SGR, with exclusive marketing entrusted to BNP Paribas Real Estate.
