Homizy SpA, part of the AbitarIn Group, specialises in the deployment of the
group’s new rental income business strategy through co-living solutions. Homizy’s

objective is to address Milan’s growing demand for accommodation by creating new
residential models inspired by the sharing economy and sustainability.
Rethink Energy designed the mechanical, power, electrical and special systems for
the new 200 bedrooms student dorm in via Bistolfi, Milan, next to Città Studi. It also
took care of the project management and MEP works coordination and direction.
Heat pumps and solar thermal were the two high-efficiency technologies chosen to
contain consumption and raise the sustainability profile of the building.
