RESCALDINA SHOPPING CENTER

The Rescaldina shopping center is an absolute leader in its area. It was recently
renovated and extended to offer a complete shopping and leisure experience, with
shops, entertainment, services and quality restaurants.
It extends over two floors, with 77 businesses including a 15.339 sqm supermarket,
a 19.525 sqm GLA mall and more than 4.200 parking spaces.
The shopping center blends harmoniously in the surrounding context and is mindful
of environmental sustainability, gaining BREEAM certification.

Rethink Energy was responsible for designing the mechanical, power, electrical and
special installations. In particular, Rethink Energy created a new heat recovery
heat-pump based cooling/heating plant serving the four-pipe system and the air-
treatment units.
